Worst Experience Ever!! Have been there many times in the past and have enjoyed the meal. This time was rather different. The first time the waitress brought us the wrong order. On the second round, she still got half the order wrong. After we told her to cancel the order, she stated that it was ready and not to "worry about it." We thought she would have comped that part of the meal, since everyone else's was cold at that point, but were wrong. We received the bill and she charged us for the full meal plus items that we never ordered. Called the manager over to review the bill and discuss our dissappointment. He also said he "took care" of it and deducted the food that we never ate. My wife was so disgusted that she spoke to the manager and he said there was nothing else he could do and gave her his business card. I would expect a lot more from a restaurant like this. I could not believe the service nor the management who failed to take care of their customers. Appalling service!!!!!!!! Pros: Food is unique Cons: Service has much to be desired. more
