I walk in...UNTIL RECENTLY! I came in today to purchase my regular food only to find an entirely new staff up front! They were extremely rude, both looked at me like I was intruding on their personal conversation. The receptionist were totally incompetent in figuring out what food I always get. Thankfully, one of the technicians came up from the back and knew exactly what I needed. I think Dr Fenske is great and the technicians are always very helpful but the new girls up front have really made me think twice about buying my cats food there or from petmeds.com
