I love the location of this place, an old warehouse feel located in beautiful downtown Lancaster, however once inside I changed my mind. It is clear customer service was not something any of there employee's keep in mind, our food was cold - but the hostess was to worried about her new text messages to come find that out.\r

The whole place is slacking minus a few/ many new tv's for the sports games. Their website isn't helpful at all as it dates back to June for events, the bathroom propbably wasn't cleaned since then either, and the staff was worried about themselves.
