Miguel was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question to my satisfaction. He was very punctual and even agreed to come earlier than usual to accomidate my busy schedule. He called right before he arrived to make sure I was ready. Miguel was very thourough in his appoarch and explained the process from start to finish. He also gave good capet-care advice to get the most from the service.\r
The results exceeded my expectations and looks to be a much better alternative than traditional steam cleaning. No drying time, non-toxic, extremely effective on stains and high traffic areas. I would highly recommend this service to anyone!
