I had been wanting to get a piercing for sometime. My hubby and I were on a mini vacation in Portland and happened to be walking by STTP and decided to just go in and ask a few questions. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted By Emily. I told her I was interested in getting a piercing of a ""personal nature"". She totally put me at ease and answered all my questions. She was so nice and so informative even though I told her it wasn't something I was thinking of doing right now. She pulled the jewelry out and showed it to us and explained the whole process. When we were done she gave me a business card and said if we had anymore questions to not hesitate to call. We walked out the door and got maybe ten feet away and I decided I didn't want to wait and I certainly didn't want to get it done anywhere else. I walked back in and said I was ready to do it now. I filled out all the paperwork and waited for the jewelry to be sterilized. When it was time to do it we went in the room and she put me totally at ease. She explained everything to us as she was doing it. When it was done She explained all the aftercare and I left there feeling great about what I had just done. Today is exactly a week later and I just got a card in the mail today from STTP signed by Emily thanking me for letting them do my piercing and hoping everything was going good. If you want great customer service and a great piercing experience don't go anywhere else. Straight to the Point piercing is the best. Thank you Emily..
