I had a small repar from a rear end collision. The estimate was less than a week in the shop, but I didn't get my car back until 7 weeks. I am the victim of an accident and because of them I am at a loss of almost $1000 in rental expenses. Insurance companies are not responsible for excessive needless delays caused by body shops and now my only option is to hire an arbitrator to recover my loss from Leifs. Which isn't worth it - but I shall out of principle. (they force you to sign a binding arbitration agreement with their service contract - so small claims court is out of the question). Do not use Leifs.
