I left a message and they called me back the next day.The maid was on time, brought her own supplies,cleaned very thoroughly and left the key when she was finished. The service she performed was just as advertised and I was very pleased.
Pros: On time, very thorough, no problems at all.
Cons: Was a bit more expensive then some services - but worth it
