Terrible lawnmower repair service, untrustworthy, rude 9/22/2008

We gave them our lawnmower to fix and they tried to get us to agree to a whole bunch of repairs it didn't need. They refused to only fix what it did need. Finally we asked them to return the lawnmower without fixing anything on it. Well, it turns out, they ship all lawnmowers to be repaired to Dallas. Our mower was in Dallas! They only run a truck back and forth to Dallas on Tuesday and Thursday. And somehow, though we made several phone calls and went into the shop a few times, they kept forgetting to put our mower on the truck back from Dallas. It took us four weeks to get our mower back. Oh, also, we kept getting this automated messages saying that our lawnmower was ready for pick-up, and we'd get out hopes up, only to go in and find that it really wasn't there yet. They are totally incompetent! If you try to call them, plan on either getting a recorded message ,or being re-routed to India for "customer service" which is really no service at all. AWFUL! Pros: None Cons: Very late, terrible customer service, very hard to get a manager on the phone, try to upsell services we didn't need more
