The food at Aperitif 21 was superb. We tried a few appetizers and each one was better than the next. For our main courses we split the Surf and Turf, Lamb Shish-Kebob and the Aperitif Seafood Grille. The seafood was fresh and the portions were more than generous for the modest pricing. The lamb was unique and came with a great sauce (I think it was called yogurt mint sauce). Lastly the Surf and Turf had a great mixture of seafood and meat that came in a great lobster sauce. The food wasn't even the best part of the meal. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff makes you feel right at home (probably why I felt compelled to write about my experience at the restaurant). Finally, the drinks were good and well priced. The bartender made our table a round of persian martini's, on the house, that was a perfect compliment to the food and atmosphere. I would strongly recommend this restaurant and plan to report back to see if my next dining experience there is as good as my first.
