Yes, their cajun is amazing, but if you haven't had Chef Chau's breakfasts you are missing out of the BEST of Bayou on First!!! I first came to this restaurant in 2005 on a Sunday morning and immediately made it part of my weekly routine! First name basis is how they prefer to do business, and they're always ready with a smile and a hot cup of coffee. Breakfast faves include the homemade granola and the steelcut oatmeal, but anything you get will be delicious. 
Pros:  great food, good value, excellent service, unique faire
