ok, so i've been going here for the last 6 months and consistently the food quality has dropped - as consistent as the woman who answer the phone becomes more and more rude.\r

tonight was the last straw. i ordered broccoli in garlic sauce and found not only one, but three hairs in the broccoli. i rang up and told her what had happened and she said, ""there was no hair in your food"". i was livid. how could she know? anyway, after getting hung up on every single time i called, i had to block my caller id so i could speak to a manager, who i never got to because she suspected it was me and disconnected the call.\r

this place needs to be shut down and she needs to be fired for her horrific behavior and terrible attitude.
