This is a small but friendly, low-key workout facility. Darryl, the owner, is super-nice. You will not be subjected to aggressive sales pitches and overly perky staff! It is definitely dominated by men, but it's comfortable for women. You can get experienced trainers to help you if you wish, but if you are already knowing what you're doing, no one will bother you. I was happy to find this gym. Some classes are also available.
