I lived here 3 years and one of their trees fell through our trailer, We had the insurance that they insisted we carry through them. The estimates to fix it was 5,ooo their insurance only wanted to pay 300. They expected us to have a piece of sheet metal put up there even though it damaged the structure and go on. Needless to say we argued a long time and then gave up and moved on. Meanwhile we saw while we lived there how things work. They will take a couple of thousand down and then let you live there a year or so then they start picking at everything till they run you out even if your a good renter so they can resale and get someone elses down. I saw this happen to so many good people while we lived there that I feel the need to let everyone know to be leary. They did indeed put just a piece of sheet metal on our old home and resold it. So please be aware of their ethics!!!!!
