We would not recommend this business to any friends. We put a deposit on a $5100.00 repossessed 34 jet hot tub July 6, 2008. The sales guy (General Manager) told us we would have our tub within a week, it actually took over three weeks for them to install a pump and get it delivered. When it was delivered it was obvious the cover was too small (which the delivery guy pointed out and said to call his boss if we wanted a new one) and the circuit board (heating) failed the first night while waiting for it to heat. It's taken over a week to get a new board (we were told it would be 2 days) and we haven't heard anything from them. Their customer service is very poor and they will tell you anything you want to hear just to take your money. Any service they do provide is at their convenience. We have yet to see a warranty although we were told it had one. It has taken a month for them to address any issues that are wrong w/this tub and have resolved nothing. In the meantime we are stuck with an expensive birdbath on our patio. We would recommend going to the Spa Warehouse in Des Moines, WA. We are having a new one built in less than 2 weeks( 40 jet at $5500.00). They will build one to any specifications you want for less money . A friend of ours also went there and had a very good customer service/spa experience. Or another option is the Spa Depot in Olympia. Aqua Rec has been the worst customer service experience that we have ever had and would not recommend them to anyone! Thanks for your time.
