Excellent overall. We have 300+ email accounts + 12 BB accounts. We migrated 300 users from our old exchange and the data transfer and mailbox undate was done in 1 day without interruption to our operations. I am new to managing email and the EMM Help Staff has been super in helping me understand what was needed to be done to setup the accounts plus handle questions and issues that have been raised by our user community. Believe me, I was setting up and transferring Blackberry accounts from different exchanges and providers and I was #9 on the list to get a BB so I really didn't know what I was doing. The EMM Staff really helped and took the time to make sure everything worked. I have also updated the number of mailboxes and that has been done almost instantaneously by EMM. The Web Site is very easy to understand and work with. Written requests for help have been quickly answered. Online FAQ HELP is very good. Excellent overall.
