I went in for a brow wax. I arrived at my exact time for the appointment. I was greeted and was told Coral will be with me in a moment. As I was waiting, I noticed Coral was just starting to do someone's hair. I thought to myself, how can this only take a moment, she's just starting. I asked if Coral will be long, I was told "she's just finishing up". Somehow I had my doubts. As I waited, no one would look me in the eye or give me any updates. Coral would stop to talk to her co-workers, all the while looking at me and seeing that I was waiting. I was completely ignored for 15 minutes. I walked out. Everyone is extremely rude. I will never go back again.
