why does this establishment stay open? I havent a clue. they have closed the doors during the week for lunch and that is just downright lazy. I guess and I hope they are training people to cook or be better servers. I really think that this is just the first step of shutting the doors for good. I have ate at the flying goose many times and I realize that the food and service has done a 180, in the wrong direction.
Pros: "used to be good" not anymore
Cons: lack of service and lack of enthusiasim. "rather go eat dry white toast at home"
