Time- energy- focus. I was working 50 to 80+ hour weeks, had little time and little energy- unhappy- wanting a change in life- I went to a psychologist: first session "do you want happy pills?" and "go to the self-help section of the bookstore to buy books and start reading..."-- like I had time and energy to do so. Thankfully, I found Michelle- Michelle is so insightful, truly cares, and is very wise- she is my self-help section. I have time now, and she has helped me find the energy, focus, and wisdom I need to help myself.
