All of my experiences with Dr. Shrader and his staff over the past 8 years have been far and away outstanding, and can't even compare to other vets I've tried previously. I know him to set very high standards for himself and all of his staff in terms of level of pet care and respectful interaction with pet owners, and it shows. I do believe that he is such a decent and committed man, that if there were any problems with his practice, he would want to know and would act immediately to fix them. He is gentle, compassionate, and extremely knowledgable, and he spends whatever time is needed with each appointment, carefully explaining everything and answering all questions, while never being condescending or hurried.
