These guys are great! Aside from a momentary lapse of communication, they arrived basically on time (I may have misunderstood the time frame) and took care of my GE fridge problem immediately. In fact, the service guy was great about telling me how to maintain my fridge to keep it working properly. No extra charges, no trying to upsell me on parts or additional services, just good friendly service. I would not hesitate to call them again for appliance service.
Pros: Easy to talk to and get scheduled almost immediatley.
Cons: Somewhat difficult to reach someone, but leave a message and they call you back.
