I had them out in May 2008 to spray for ants. Within 3 weeks I had to have them out again because I had 100's of ants still getting in the house. They came out a 2nd time and sprayed. I called them again a week later because I was STILL getting ants. The owner was so rude and ignorant, and then actually having the gall to yell at me as if his incompetance was my fault. My husband got on the phone and the owner was screaming and yelling at him. My husband asked for a refund and the owner said we werent getting any refund and then he hung up on my husband. It's been 2 1'2 weeks since they sprayed that 2nd time and guess what .... one of the areas ,so far that they sprayed twice, is getting ants again !!! Dont waste your time or money with this place.
Cons: The only thing they exterminate is your money
