We had a serious yellow jacket problem where these nasty pests nested in our wall and broke through the drywall in our master bedroom. Called the company and they came out the same day and worked around my schedule. Mike, the owner, came out with another person and within an hour the job was done. They were courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. The price was reasonable also. Would definitely recommend them! more

I recently sold my home and a termite inspection was required. An inspector hired by my realtor came out and said the home had termites and it would cost me $1600.00. I wanted to get another estimate and my neighbor gave me Southwest Exterminators number. more

This is by far the worst company I have ever hired for extermination. I tried them the summer of 2010. After spraying for carpenter ants, within two weeks, the pests were back. Although the company says they guarantee their work, when i called them to return, they never, ever made it back to re-spray. Now...shame on me because I believed them that it was just an error on their part, so the next summer, I let them come out and spray again. Once again, within two weeks, the ants returned. This time I called them for two weeks and left messages. They never answered the phone, but Mike finally called me back and set me up for a re-spray on a Thursday. He called on Thursday and said someone called in sick and he'd be out on Saturday instead. You can guess what happened! They never showed up although I stayed home and waited all day. They never called back. This was three weeks ago. I've decided to file a report with the BBB. I do not recommend using them. Even if you are overrun by criters and they say they'll guarantee their work. You'll find yourself short on cash, but long on pests. more

Southwest came to my house to rid me of spiders and centipedes. While the OWNER was over, he asked if i would like to have the outside of my house sprayed to detere wasps and bees. I said sure because it was only 50 dollars extra. My house still has spiders and centipedes, not to mention the spray used for wasps and bees ruined my siding!!!! The owner refuses to pay to have it fixed and refuses to put it on his insurance. Please contact me. i will give you my adress so you can see for yourself!!! Cons: ruined the appearance of my home!! more

I had them out in May 2008 to spray for ants. Within 3 weeks I had to have them out again because I had 100's of ants still getting in the house. They came out a 2nd time and sprayed. I called them again a week later because I was STILL getting ants. The owner was so rude and ignorant, and then actually having the gall to yell at me as if his incompetance was my fault. My husband got on the phone and the owner was screaming and yelling at him. My husband asked for a refund and the owner said we werent getting any refund and then he hung up on my husband. It's been 2 1'2 weeks since they sprayed that 2nd time and guess what .... one of the areas ,so far that they sprayed twice, is getting ants again !!! Dont waste your time or money with this place. Cons: The only thing they exterminate is your money more
