I had to use them in an emergency. We had avoided them because they think one of my dogs is ""vicious"" although no one else has had any problems in his long life. Anyway, I noticed on my bill that I was charged for 4 days when the dogs were actually there less than three days. They told us that it is their ""policy"" to charge for the day they are dropped off and the day they are picked up no matter when it is done. This mean if they stay for three nights you are automatically charged for four and so on. This is a rip off and I'm reporting them.
