Before you move in the customer service is good, but if you move in and confront them with problems after hours or late nite they tend to have an attitude because they expect you to call maintenance on their time. Also, spiders are a big problem, no matter how much they spay you keep getting bit by beatles and spiders. Also, if you plan to move in be very thorough with your first inspection of your apartment because if not they will try to get you for the repairs at a later date even though you had nothing to do with it.
