I went to this drab, gray, windowless brick box about 2 years ago when i hardly paid attention to how horribly an establishment can be run. And I hated it then. Granted we were in there right before close, the food was hastily prepared, and the service was garbage.So out of the goodness of my heart today i was willing to give it a chance. OK besides the fact that the walls resemble a stupid landscape that you painted for a diorama in 2nd grade, and the atmosphere at a Perkins is warmer and more inviting,At least the old people number about the same.
