After reading the previous reviews, I was certain I would get good service, the guy on the phone said it would be at least 3hrs for them to get to me due to the flooding in the area and I said ok..4 1/2 hrs later they show up. The driver called and didnt even want to come but I explained to him, I've been waiting for hours and I was patient being it was a family owned company and being in America I like to support my fellow americans. He then decided to come but wasnt in any hurry. They also charged me $120 to go 6 miles. So, wont be using them again.
