This is the worst animal clinic I have ever been to. You would think that because Larchmont is a nice area and they charge sky high prices, that they would take great care of your pet. You would be very wrong! I have two young dogs one is only 8 weeks old. They made 3 very harmful health decisions with my pets because of their lazyness and assembly line service. You really are just a number here. My 8 week old had worms and he said it was ok to keep her with my other dog and they would both be fine. Boy was he wrong, my other dog got worms as well so I had 2 sick dogs and to make matters worse i had to fight them to deworm my scond dog free of charge because of THEIR mistake. They acted like they were doing me a favor. Then my second problem with them: Since my dogs were both sick now I brought them back in to the doctors office on a friday, and she said keep an eye on them and call me on saturday morning and I will give you medicine if you still need it. I called the doctor in the morning as instructed left a message and she never called me back and to make matters worse it was a long holiday weekend. My sick dog went 4 days without medicine because of their lazyness and assembly line service. I WILL SAY IT AGAIN YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER HERE! and the third and final mistake: They tried to charge me for an exam fee twice in 12 days. Another major problem about this place: THEY TRY TO MAKE MONEY OFF YOU ANY WAY THEY CAN. That was the final straw I said give me my records and im going to a clinic where they actually care about the safety and well being of all animals. After all you would expect that at a vets office isnt that what they are in business for? one final note the office manager SCARLET IS A BIT*H. She had the nerve to blame their mistakes on me the customer. When i told them they were loosing two customers they could care less, after all I WAS JUST A NUMBER. Please save you animals from the lazy careless vets at LARCHMONT ANIMAL CLINIC!
