I'm a tenant in a building managed by Coast Range Property Management and recently our building was robbed of expensive computer equipment and other office supplies necessary for our businesses. This management company's solution was to change all the locks for the individual tenants in the building. However, I've heard that some of the tenants' offices were broken into by the management staff and/or maintenance people hired by the management company. How can we be safe with the people we should trust the most are the ones breaking in??? If you own a building or any sort of property that requires a managing company, please consider using other providers. Please, I would strongly advise you to check with even the current tenants of the management company you are considering. They always will tell you the truth about the managers and I for one, am considering vacating my space because the security in this building is as good as the lock on your office door. And my complaints to the managing staff have gone unnoticed and unsolved for too long.
