If you are looking for a cheap, no frills gym, this is it. It has an extensive class list which is great and there are plenty of yoga classes that come free with membership. I was willing to overlook the lack of air conditioner and members who don't refresh their deodorant or clean off the machines until I had a problem with my membership. I signed up for the ""Buy one year, get 6 months free,"" however I didn't get a copy of the service aggreement (I've now learned the hard way.) When I questioned the early expiration date of my membership (I still 3 months left), the staff member pulled out my customer record. The $300 I had paid was scratched out and $249 written in its place. (I know I paid $300 dollars because I used 3 $100 bills.) The management refused to honor the membership I paid for. (I have a feeling the staff member who signed me up pocketed the $50 bucks and changed my membership after I left.) The management acknowldeged that I did pay for an extended service, but wouldn't correct the mistake. I was going to renew my membership (at a higher price), but I when this happened I changed my mind. They just lost a customer because of their dishonesty and poor customer service.\r
Pros: cheap, lots of yoga classes
Cons: facilty (equip. always out of order), customer service
