wow what a huge dissapointment at what could be a really great restaurant! my wife and i had 8:30 reservations and looking in a half full dining room they made us wait 20 min before we got seated!(i really hate this, all they were trying to do was push us on the bar and press us to buy over priced drinks!!, ) when we where finally seated we still had to wait a good 5 min before anybody even noticed we were there! the food was very good dont get me wrong and prepaired perfectly, but a 45 min wait between apps and dinner? nobody ever filled a water glasses? they even forgot one of our side dishes!! and i had to waive the waiter down to get it!! this was worse service then what you expect at a dennys!! and this is a fine dining $150-200 a head wolfgang puck restaurant!! also when they rolled over there selection of kobe beef to impress us with the marbling i was not impressed (lol) and i told them so it was about a 5-6 on the kobe marbling scale (about middle of the road for kobe, 10 or higher is worth the big bucks!) and he said it is A-5!! and i said sure it is BUT you do know that the beef is rated on a marbling scale also and for A-5 this is not that great!! and not worth $40.00 a oz! i stuck with the 32 day dry aged prime and it was very good and a perfect black and blue.
