What a disappointment. Food was way , way overpriced, and very, very average, so were the drinks. The place was deserted in the middle of dinner hour on a Sunday - guess that sould have tipped us off. And now they are trying to salvage things by dropping Carlos Mencia's name ""Carlos Mencia's Happy Hour"" - if I were him I wouldn't allow it.
