I passed on a recommendation to a family member about this shop. BIG MISTAKE!! After weeks of frustration and return trips the work is still not satisfactory. I looked at the work and am furious at the quality. It looks terrible. Paint isn't uniform, air bubbles in the paint, texture is off, and it certainly doesn't look at all like the other side of the car. The parts they replaced are also poorly assembled back onto the car. Lesson learned....definitely will not recommend this shop to anyone every again and I will not pass on recommendations before testing them out myself. Live and learn.\r

My experience with other body shops has been much better. This shop can't hold a candle to their competitors.
Cons: Incomplete work, poor quality, aggravating to deal with, estimations are off in terms of time.
