I'm in the markethouse downtown St. Paul. There has been problems with the cooling units, so BOB PARIDISE waits until the last minute to do anything about it. It is now the end of June and we still have NO AIR. Total miss-managed company that needs to be sued.
Pros: These guys are a joke. Kind of fun to watch them screw things up so bad unit's will foreclose.
Cons: Too late.
