I love the decor here, and I love French bistros. I have been here several times and always found the food to be OK -- not great, but not terrible either. The service was usually slow, but if I'm not in a rush I can usually deal with that. The second to the last time we went, my girlfriend was sick later that night. She has a sensitive stomach, so we wound up writing it off (thinking perhaps it had some other cause) and decided to give Moutard another chance a couple of months later. The next time, in spite of ordering totally different dishes, we both became sick. Very sick, actually -- and I do NOT have a sensitive stomach. Either the restaurant is filthy, the food is spoiled, or the staff does not wash their hands after using the bathroom. Any which way, I will never go there again and recommend that you don't either.
Pros: you might lose some weight after eating here
