I live in West Valley and called and scheduled a mobile install from Glasshopper. The installer pulled the connector apart between the wire from my car to the window antenna by pulling on the wires. It broke the wire that was the car portion of the antenna. When I called about it he came and looked at it and said it wasn't the window therefore it was my responsibility to fix the connector. Nice work...NOT. Now I have an antenna that doesn't pick up A.M. and I'll be stuck with the bill if I ever get around to taking it into a repair shop to get it fixed. Stear away from Glasshopper!\r
p.s. I had to help install my own window (had to lift it in) because there was only one installer and he said he couldn't do it alone. That was bizarre. Would never do business with them ever again.
