Glasshopper Auto Glass

I was very disappointed with the customer service I got with this company and would not recommend them. I had my glass exchanged by them at the airport while I was on a business trip . Several weeks later (after sitting un-driven in my driveway given that it was my second car) the glass started the crack from the edge---suggesting that it had been installed too tightly. I called them and even though I never drive it and I saw with my own eyes the crack develop and spread from the edge to the center of the glass--they claimed that it was a new crack caused by a rock chip. I didn't want money; I wanted a new windshield because I saw this as their error. I filed a complaint with the BBB but they refused to work with me. Not trustworthy. I wouldn't go there. Pick another place. They don't stand by their work. more

I live in West Valley and called and scheduled a mobile install from Glasshopper. The installer pulled the connector apart between the wire from my car to the window antenna by pulling on the wires. It broke the wire that was the car portion of the antenna. When I called about it he came and looked at it and said it wasn't the window therefore it was my responsibility to fix the connector. Nice work...NOT. Now I have an antenna that doesn't pick up A.M. and I'll be stuck with the bill if I ever get around to taking it into a repair shop to get it fixed. Stear away from Glasshopper!\r p.s. I had to help install my own window (had to lift it in) because there was only one installer and he said he couldn't do it alone. That was bizarre. Would never do business with them ever again. more
