This site has obviously turned into a forum for disgruntled employeed and managers. This is good that the general public can read what this restaurant has become. My last dining adventure in April at LaCaille (and I do mean MY LAST) was an evening of careless, lackluster, unprofessional and obnoxious service. The food was not even close to the quality ANYONE would expect when paying absolutely outrageous prices. (our bill was over $1000 for a party of six).\r
These folks are not versed in fine dining. The chefs (or should I say hash cooks) have not a clue of what true quality and presentation is. They must revamp the entire restaurant, (with the exception of the grounds), or lower prices to a value point. This place is a joke when compared to establishments who care. I certainly hope for the sake of anyone who still insists on throwing their hard-earned dollar away for food and service that they can recieve at Denny's, that the management at very least, cleans up the ""rodent problem"" that is present in the kitchen, so no one gets sick. And I suggest that the members of the service staff who are fed up with the poor treatment from management.........drum up the courage to MOVE ON to a place that respects you. Good Luck, John.
