Taylor Hogan is a con man and Taylor Management Consultants will start out appearing responsible then stop giving you any service whatsoever, meanwhile will most likely be fake billing and stealing your hard earned money. Stay away from them and please report all problems to the governmental authorities, the State's Attorneys office and file police reports when approrpriate.
