We were visiting Charleston for a business meeting. We were at Blossom for lunch and ordered the Crab Ravioli. It was chewy and tasteless. We complained to the waitress and she said that that happens sometimes and we just got a bad batch. Eric the manager said too bad for us, it's their signature dish, but the only way to fix it to make it consistently good would be to roll the pasta thiner or in his words ""cook the *#@* out of it"" Neither offered any compensation. They knowingly serve it when it is bad and charge $15.00 a serving. We went to Cypress (their sister restaurant) for dinner with our group and it was very nice, but Blossom was the worst experience we have had at a restaurant in quite awhile.
Cons: Food and service
