I wish I would have researched these idiots before getting involved with them. I don't know how they stay in business. My issues started in mid Feb and it's June 1 now and my issue is still not resolved. Bought a TV from Amazon and it had a scratch inside the screen. Samsung had me call these idiots to cover it under warranty! Pros: Absolutely nothing. Cons: Rude, don't show up for appoints, Rude, never call with update/status, RUDE! more
