I have been going here for over 10 years and have always had a great experience. I will not go back again! The last two times, there were new techs, did not spend the time nor had the experience. Their rates have gone up but the final straw was 6/15/2008 where I noticed chairs lined up on both sides leaving no space to walk, poor service, AND they removed the drying booth. Forget it!!! Greed and a factory like atmosphere does not cut it Too Bad Soo Sad. Too many other great places. Anyone have any recos for Pedicures?
Cons: No drying booth, poor customer service, inexperienced techs, Staff sitting around getting pedicures while givving patrons new inexperienced ones!
