Visited Sunday evening. Wasn't busy. Two servers on staff with no support from Hostess or Manager (Ken). Server (Tracy) was totally unorganized. Had to cancel two appetizers because main meal was half eaten. I had to get up from my table to find the server and ask her to serve my wife's meal (I had half finished my tapanyaki, she had yet to see her sushi platter). Complained twice to server who proceeded to defend herself for +/- two minutes!! What do I care about reasons? We're paying for a meal! Other tables waited 25 minutes to be asked if they want water, which came 20 more minutes later. Another table walked out due to slow (aka ""non-existant"") service. The Tapanaki experience was enjoyable and the food was good but after deplorable service, it's couldn't mask the bad taste in our mouths. Oh yeah, then bills were delivered to everyone at our table except ours because ""the computer was down"". So we had to wait an extra 15 minutes (while vaccuuming was going on around our table - its only 8:30pm??!!) for the priviledge of being billed for this gastronomic trainwreck. Complained to Manager on the way out and the waitress came back for another argument!! What nerve!
