This store made a lot of money off of me when I bought the pool but thats where the customer service ended. If you have a problem with the pool - good luck trying to get any help. When parts started going bad only after a couple months of the warranty ending I went back to the store for assistance. They ordred the part, which without my motor wouldn't run. I was told it would take about five days for the part to come in but it actually took three weeks while my pool sat there getting swamping looking. When I called to complain about the delay, I was told they have no control over it and if I wanted I could order it elsewhere. After the new part was put on, they told me it wasn't the part and I needed a brand new motor, this after only 3 years. The following summer I took the motor in to be fixed at another place and it was working fine. Nothing was wrong with the motor. When the pool was opened this year, it was dirty from the year before. I contacted Viscount and they gave me the number of the guy who services pools for them because they do not come out themselves. I set up an appointment and the guy never showed. I also left him several messages but received no return call. After a week and a half I called Viscount and they said they would personally call him and have him give me a call. When he did call me back he raised his voice and said how dare I call the store and ""bash"" him. He doesn't want to look bad to Viscount and that is where he gets his money from to feed his family. Well, there is no question about it, I will never do business with Viscount pools again. Cons: Customer Service, Not courteous or helpful more
