The new management would not honor the gift card my husband purchased for me from the previous owners. They didn't tell me this till after services were rendered and they told me I had to pay (AGAIN). The manager was not very professional and offered no resolution. She spoke to me very condescendingly. I felt humiliated over the situation. It was not necessary to treat a customer in that manner. I will not go back there and I will not recommend AMATA to any of my friends, family, or coworkers.
There are tons other spas in the Hendersonville/Gallatin area who would love the business.
