I have looked at lots, and lots of places here in Austin, just recently moved here from Santa Fe, NM which holds high standards for ""traditional yoga"", whichever practice one takes on.\r

Found 7th St. Yoga, love the studio,staff, location, and mostly the clientele, so friendly and down to earth. Ashtanga is a hard practice, and difficult to find here in Austin, mainly because it truely is a ""home practice"". I come with lots of injuries, and I love the Ashtanga beginner class (w/Mike), good instruction, attention to detail, etc.\r

Classes do switch too much for my taste, and I feel to build a steady clientele the classes and staff have to be consistent. Willing to stick it out with them, since I believe they've only been open two years. Let's give them a chance, and support our and their needs.\r

Pros: beautiful studio, friendly staff, and clientele, good variety of classes, which can assist you to move from one style to another.
Cons: Classes switch tooo much, found some clientele, suprised they took one style and expected another. This individual had injuries and was looking for a certain type of yoga.
