We got there right after work and we were the first ones there. Seated in a place where we knew right off the bat it was going to be a problem because no one could see us. We ordered their margaritas (strawberry) and when we got them I could barely even take a sip. They are soo sour! I then ordered a beer to play it safe but my aunt ordered another type of margarita and it was drinkable, but not anything to write home about. When our 3rd party came it took forever to get a waiter to come and take her order and for us to reorder. We ordered our drinks and a large nacho to share and after we finally got our drinks we got our nachos and they were cold and maybe a half and order. By this time there was probably 15 tables with people and they seemed to be getting their orders but they were all at tables and not at booths or at least not at the low booths. We were there for 3 hours and we probably saw the waiter about 5 times. the fastest he came back to our table was to come pick up the check to see what his tip was and I think we may have left him 1%! It was rediculous! We did inform the waiter that we were not happy and he informed us he was busy. With what?!?!?!\r

Slow service, horrible cocktails and way overpriced for the quality and service! Just because you're in the Galleria does not mean you are elite! Train your waitstaff and lower your prices until you get it righta nd you may have a chance. Will never go back and will never recommend this place. I don't see it being there for long.
