I had the same situation as the other reviewers. The warranty company sent these chumps. Guys walked in for not one minute, took the defective piece out, said he needed to order the part, said he'd call... more than a month later we're still chasing this guy down. Finally got a hold of him, said the part came in, scheduled an appointment for the next day in a 3 hour window... no show, no call. I think I'm more upset at the warranty company for keeping these guys on board. Would give zero stars if possible.
Pros: At least he showed up for the first call.
Cons: Bad all-around service
