Mustang Appliance came out to look at my dishwasher. They said they had to order a part and it would be about a week. I waited patiently and called them after about two weeks, wanting to know if they forgot about me. They said that the part was backordered. I waited another two weeks and called again. They said the part being was still backordered. They gave me the part number and told me to call the dishwasher manufacturer. I called the manufacturer and they overnighted me the part the same day (it was NOT backordered, this is a very common part and available from them and all over the internet-I checked it out). I have the part in hand and will have another Frigidaire authorized service person to come complete the warranty work. Pros: they were polite Cons: no confidence in them more
