Please do not use this company. They are going out of business or so they say. We used them for a project starting in January and as of the middle of May it has not been completed. This is a little bit over the 6 week estimate. We have been waiting for a refund for the unordered materials for over 2 months. Karen and Russ (owners) state that they just don't have the money. They used the money from our project for other things. So basically they stole our money. I have started legal procedures to get my money back. Also watch out for their deposit scam. That state that it will be better to give them a large deposit because it will decrease your tax bill but they do not use this money for your project and you do not get it back. We have also asked repeatedly to return some materials but that has turned into an impossible task as well. We want to handle it but they won't even tell us where they got them so we can't return things. Please be very wary of Karen and Russ they are not honest people.
