I went in for the first time the other day and I saw the employees of Creative Approach helping freshman set up their documents to get the best quality printing out of their work, I saw them working hard to make sure that each project was printed at the highest quality. Even when people were so rude to them, they took it like champs and helped the customers through their frustrations! I was very impressed not only with their customer service, but their fun-loving attitudes that never got in way of their work. You can tell the manager really loves his work and his heart is in printing....
